This page explains what KIKAX collects, why, and who it is shared with.
Who we are
KIKAX is an online marketplace for independent sellers, services, and real estate listings. Questions about this policy can be sent through Help & support on the KIKAX home page.
How you sign in
You sign in with your ChatGPT account. KIKAX receives your account ID, email address, and, if available, your name. We do not receive or store your password.
What we collect
Your seller profile, listings, photos, videos, reviews, comments, shopper requests, support messages, and the messages you send or receive in Messages. When you are signed in, your saved favorites are kept with your account. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser.
Messages between shoppers and sellers
Conversations about a listing are visible only to the shopper and the seller. The seller also receives your account email address so they can reply by email if they prefer. Your email is not shown on public pages.
Email notifications
KIKAX may email you when you get a new message, when a seller replies, or when your profile or listing is reviewed. These emails are sent through our email provider, Resend, and contain a short note and a link, not the text of your messages.
Safety screening with OpenAI
Listing text, profiles, reviews, comments, requests, messages, and uploaded photos are sent to OpenAI for automated safety checks. If the check is unavailable, messages wait and are checked again before they are delivered. If you use AI translation, AI photo backgrounds, or the AI brand assistant, the text or photo you choose is also sent to OpenAI. Public submissions normally wait for owner review. Trusted sellers may publish photo-only listings automatically after successful safety checks. If screening is unavailable, new submissions wait for manual review.
Visitor measurement
KIKAX counts visits with a random browser ID. Visitor analytics do not store names, card details, or IP addresses. Records are deleted after 90 days. Measurement is off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and you can turn it off from the notice at the bottom of the page.
Payments
Payments are currently in test mode only. When payments are active, card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages and are never seen or stored by KIKAX.
Photos and files
Uploaded photos and videos are stored by KIKAX and stay private until a listing is approved. Unused uploads can be deleted from the listing form at any time.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings, reviews, and comments. To ask for a copy of your data, or for your account data to be deleted, send a request through Help & support.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
