The ground rules for KIKAX.
Plain-language terms for shoppers, sellers, and publishers.
Using KIKAX
KIKAX connects shoppers with independent sellers, service providers, and real estate publishers. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the community rules.
Your account
You sign in with your ChatGPT account and are responsible for activity under it. Do not share your sign-in or use another person’s account.
Sellers and publishers
Sellers are responsible for their own listings, prices, product quality, delivery, returns, taxes, and any licenses their business requires. A KIKAX profile does not register a legal business or grant a professional license.
Listings and approval
Profiles, listings, reviews, comments, and requests are reviewed before they appear. KIKAX may reject, hide, or remove content that breaks the community rules. Approval does not mean KIKAX checked that every claim is accurate.
Inquiries and purchases
Inquiries are messages, not orders or formal offers. Any sale is an agreement between the buyer and the seller. Real estate inquiries are requests for information or viewings, not purchase or rental offers.
Payments
Checkout is currently in test mode and no real money is charged. When live payments are introduced, fees, refunds, and dispute steps will be published here before they take effect.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give KIKAX permission to display it on the marketplace and to process it for safety screening. Only post photos, videos, and text you have the right to use.
Reviews
Reviews must describe your own experience. Purchases are not verified. Fake, paid, or misleading reviews are not allowed.
Limits of responsibility
KIKAX is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, KIKAX is not responsible for transactions, deliveries, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as KIKAX grows; the current version is always on this page. Questions can be sent through Help & support.
